Q} Can I save my Credit Card numbers to make checkout easier?
A} Sorry, no. Our system does not have that function as a security protection. Your computer may be able to remember the numbers, check your settings for “Autofill”.
Q} Can you just place my order for me each week so I don’t forget?
A} Yes, we can! If you just want a Farmer’s Pick Order each week we can take your “standing order” information and enter it for you. This will not work if you want to do a Custom Order, add items or if you only want to order periodically. Email us with your Farmer’s Pick choice, pickup location and indicate if you want us to use the last credit card you used or another one.
Q} Can I return my packaging for re-use?
A} We can reuse the boxes but any packaging such as bags or egg cartons cannot be re-used. Please flatten and return to the pickup site so we can get them the following week or come see us at market and return them there! Also, if you have a question or problem with your order when you receive it, it is important that you contact us ASAP! For instance if you arrive at the pickup location and cannot find your box call us while you are still there on our cell phone! More than likely we can help locate it so you don’t go home empty handed! 256-282-7889.
If you have a problem with an item (missing or otherwise not right) please call of email us within a short time, say a day or two, so we can plan to make amends.
