Tin Foil Green Beans

Wash, trim and toss whole Green Beans in just enough Olive Oil to coat, season with salt and pepper. Wrap in tin foil (individual serving foil  packets are cool!) and grill for 7-10 minutes on medium high heat. Allow to rest before serving. (Tip: add some of Vidalia Onion slices for more flavor!)

Veggie Salad

Ingredients Fennel Vidalia Onion Cucumber Vinegar Olive Oil Instructions Wash, trim and chop Fennel bulb and fronds, vidalia onion and cucumber. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper (or use your favorite dressing). Chill in the fridge before serving.
