Thaw Goat Chops and season with Curry Spice Packet, salt and pepper to taste. You can add one of the Hot Peppers if you like or use those for the Kale. Refrigerate chops until you are ready to cook: we prefer these pan-seared and finished in the oven, cooked to medium doneness. When your side dishes are almost ready: heat 2 Tablespoons Coconut or Olive Oil in a oven-proof skillet over medium heat, brown on all sides. Place the pan in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes and serve immediately with a few whole Pickled Okra on the side.
