Prepare your dressing, we like this Buttermilk Ranch recipe:
1-1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh Herbs
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
Blend all ingredients well, chill for 30 minutes before using.

Wash, trim and grate or chop a mixture of veggies. We like to use Cabbage, Carrots, Broccoli, and Red Onions for a Spring Slaw. Dress with the Buttermilk Dressing and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
