In a bowl combine 1 pound each Ground Beef and Ground Pork or Sausage. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped Vidalia Onion, 1 cup fresh Bread Crumbs, 2 Eggs lightly beaten, 1 Tablespoon Garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix together until just combined. Place in a baking dish and form into a loaf shape. Bake at 350 degrees* for 35 minutes.
For glaze: combine 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Sauce the Meatloaf and bake another 10 minutes. Allow to rest before serving.
*Meatloaf is fantastic cooked on the grill, just be sure to position with a drip pan underneath the meat to catch any juices that run off.
