Rice or Noodles
1Tblsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1Tblsp Fish Sauce
1Tblsp Soy Sauce
1Tblsp minced Garlic
1tsp fresh sliced Ginger or 2 tsp Ground Ginger
Add to your favorite Stir Fry ingredients or enjoy this simple preparation on its own with some rice or noodles, yum!
- Prepare Rice or Noodles.
- Prepare sauce: mix together 1 Tablespoon each Sweet Chili Sauce, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, minced Garlic. Combine with 1 teaspoon fresh sliced or grated Ginger (or 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger). Set aside.
- Wash, trim and chop Kohlrabi into 1/4″ thick sticks. Slice 1 Vidalia Onion into strips. Heat 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil in a wok or skillet, stir fry Kohlrabi and Onions on high heat until just tender.
- Add sauce just at the end of stir-frying, combine and heat through, serve with Rice or Noodles.
